Nur (“the app”) is a free, ad-free Quran & Azkar application developed by Omar Essam Salah. Your privacy matters, and the app is built to respect it.
Nur does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no trackers. Everything you do stays on your device.
None. The app has no sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or any identifiers, and we operate no servers that receive your data.
Your bookmarks, reading and memorization progress, tasbih counts, prayer tracking, and settings are saved locally on your device only. This never leaves your device unless you choose to export a backup file yourself. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it.
If you allow it, the app uses your device’s location only to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. This calculation happens entirely on your device — your location is never transmitted to us or to any third party. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your system settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
The app can show local notifications (the adhan and the reminders you enable). These are scheduled on your device. The app uses no push notifications and sends no data to do this.
The Quran text, azkar, guide, and prayer-time calculations are built in and work offline. To download optional content — audio recitations, printed-mushaf page images, translations, tafsir, and hadith — the app requests it from public content providers, including:
These are ordinary requests to fetch content and contain no personal identifiers from you. As with any internet request, a provider’s servers may receive technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the content; that is governed by each provider’s own privacy policy.
The “Nearest Mosque” feature opens Google Maps when you tap it. Google Maps is a third-party service governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data — because we do not collect any.
The app is suitable for users of all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.

«نُور» تطبيق قرآن وأذكار مجاني بلا إعلانات، طوّره عمر عصام صلاح الدين. خصوصيتك تهمّنا، والتطبيق مبنيٌّ ليحترمها.
لا يجمع «نُور» أيّ بيانات شخصية ولا يخزّنها ولا يشاركها. لا حسابات، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع، ولا تحليلات. وكلّ ما تفعله يبقى على جهازك.
لا شيء. لا يوجد تسجيل دخول ولا اشتراك. لا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو جهات اتصالك أو أيّ معرّفات، ولا نملك خوادم تستقبل بياناتك.
مفضّلتك، وتقدّمك في القراءة والحفظ، وعدّادات التسبيح، ومتابعة الصلوات، والإعدادات — تُحفظ محليًّا على جهازك فقط، ولا تغادره إطلاقًا إلا إذا اخترت أنت تصدير نسخة احتياطية بنفسك. وحذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته يزيلها.
إن سمحت بذلك، يستخدم التطبيق موقع جهازك فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة، والحساب يتمّ بالكامل على جهازك — ولا يُرسَل موقعك إلينا ولا لأيّ طرفٍ آخر. ويمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه في أيّ وقت من إعدادات النظام، وسيظلّ باقي التطبيق يعمل.
قد يعرض التطبيق إشعاراتٍ محلية (الأذان والتذكيرات التي تُفعّلها). تُجدوَل على جهازك، ولا يستخدم التطبيق إشعارات دفع (Push) ولا يُرسل بياناتٍ لأجلها.
نصّ القرآن والأذكار والدليل وحساب المواقيت مدمجةٌ وتعمل دون إنترنت. ولتنزيل محتوى اختياري — التلاوات الصوتية وصفحات المصحف والترجمات والتفاسير والأحاديث — يطلبها التطبيق من مزوّدي محتوى عامّين، منهم:
هذه طلباتٌ عادية لجلب المحتوى ولا تحوي أيّ معرّفاتٍ شخصية منك. وكما في أيّ طلب إنترنت، قد تتلقّى خوادم المزوّد معلوماتٍ تقنية مثل عنوان IP لتسليم المحتوى، وذلك يخضع لسياسة خصوصية كلّ مزوّد.
تفتح ميزة «أقرب مسجد» تطبيق خرائط Google عند الضغط عليها، وهو خدمةٌ من طرفٍ ثالث تخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google.
لا نبيع أيّ بيانات ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها — لأننا ببساطة لا نجمع أيّ بيانات.
التطبيق مناسبٌ لكلّ الأعمار، ولا يجمع أيّ بياناتٍ شخصية من أحد، بمن فيهم الأطفال.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» بالأعلى تبعًا لذلك.
